My Thoughts Exactly!!

I couldn't agree more! Winter needs to be over, and luckily for me and everyone else that is suffering from a severe case of spring fever, it is going to be in the 40's this weekend. Now, if you happen to not be from "these parts" you might not think that sounds so great, but for us Iowans, it is a reason to break out the tank tops (know where I might pick up one of those Lesa??) ;) and flip flops!!! Have a great weekend and enjoy it while you can!

You can't really tell from this picture, but the snowflakes are nearly the size of my head! We are supposed to get anywhere from 3 to 6 inches of the stuff. And I have to say, I am more than a little tired of the winter weather. Bring on Spring!

He Works Hard for the Money....

This is what my husband does all day....and I was feeling sorry for him for all the extra hours he has been putting in lately. I know that I am a little biased, but seriously...what a cool boss!! I would LOVE to hit my boss in the face with a pie!!!

Happy Birthday Burda!!

Can't believe my beautiful middle child is turning 17 today! Just doesn't seem possible. I look at her and still see that adorable little girl face smiling up at me. Somewhere along the way she has gone from being adorable to gorgeous, and all the traces of that little girl have morphed into a teenager that is on the very edge of adulthood. I could not be more proud of the woman she is becoming and can't wait to see what the next 17 years will bring her. I know that there is nothing in this world she can't accomplish if she sets her mind to it and I am so looking forward to the journey. I love you baby girl!! Happy Birthday!!
